 #SAFE The home for all be you man, woman or child Here to cocoon, serve & protect THE "SECRET GOVERNING BODY" BEFORE READING PLEASE NOTE: GREATER MANCHESTER POLICE - GMP - DEEMED ME AS AT HIGH RISK FROM HOMICIDE & FIRE On Tuesday 8th July I made a phone call to the Department Of Work & Pensions (DWP), what has followed and been revealed has left me not only in a state of shock but appalled at the Government and "decision makers - the "professionals." Tuesday 8th July - A phone call to ensure that the password I had requested had been activated on my records - I recently moved in a bid to get some peace & quality of life. Currently the DWP do not password protect - they use Data Protection which consists of a serious of "security questions." Date of birth Child's name Child's date of birth Now my ex husband knows ALL the answers to these questions and calls have been made before to the DWP and other agencies in the past in a bid to gain information about myself - a female voice impersonating me, so I don't think it is too much to ask for password protection - after all this is about ME and MY personal details - MY LIFE. The call operator informed me that in order for me to be "assessed" and considered for a "higher level of security" that I would have to disclose my new #SAFE home address - I disclosed this at 13.52 on 08.07.14 - I did not want a "higher level of security" all I wanted was a password of my choice to protect MY details. I did not want to disclose my address over the phone I wanted a face to face meeting but was refused - "it isn't policy" and was told that a decision would be made - a decision with NO history what so ever or without me being present and so I ask this question - How can the risk to my life, the lives of my children be assessed with no case history? Wednesday 9th July - I received a call from Rachel Fielding - Job Centre Plus, Burnley - she advised me that the "decision maker" had decided that I was not entitled to a "higher level of security" - it had been almost 24hrs since I had disclosed, I was feeling very nervous. I asked Ms Fielding to take my case higher. Shortly after I received a call from Bolton Job Centre - they advised that the DWP have a "secret governing body" and that Greater Manchester Police had access to this and could help me. I placed a call to GMP yesterday, they hadn't a clue what I was talking about and investigations and inquiries are ongoing. Another call from DWP - this time the "benefits advisor" informed me "yes I am 100% sure that the DWP have never disclosed a #SAFE address" When I informed her that I knew different she put the phone down terminating the call after informing me that "domestic violence is not serious enough to warrant a higher level of security" This is FALSE information and it is time that the "professionals" were honest - lives are at risk. #SAFE have witness statements for Eve's Law - the DWP have exposed #SAFE addresses - FACT This is not drama or hysterics this is REAL life - 1 woman is murdered every 3 days, 750,000 children witness DV EVERY year in the UK alone! 72hrs after the disclosure of my #SAFE address and with only a couple of hours until the DWP went home to their no doubt #SAFE houses for the weekend I placed a call - this time it was "Faz." Faz informed me that Ms Fielding was on the telephone and that he could help with my inquiry - I began to disclose - Faz told me "You are making me uncomfortable I don't want to talk about this." Well sorry "Faz" but I had already been told I was not worthy of being #SAFE, I needed you to understand that the attempts on my life have been many - he terminated the conversation. Rachel Fielding rang me back informing me that she had submitted my request to the "secret governing body" and it was now with them to decide - I reiterated that NO action should be taken, no letters sent etc until I was #SAFE. I asked Ms Fielding who this "secret governing body" were - the professionals who were qualified to assess my level of risk with no case history - this is when I almost fell off my chair.... HER MAJESTIES REVENUE AND CUSTOMS ARE THE SECRET GOVERNING BODY YES FOLKS THE TAX MAN IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSESSING RISKS TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, CHILD ABUSE, RAPE, STALKING, HARASSMENT VICTIMS!! Her Majesties Revenue & Customs are now qualified in all the above and they are that professional that they can make this assessment without any case history or face to face meetings. It is now 80hrs + since I disclosed my #SAFE address and despite asking the DWP to freeze everything and send NO letters until the "tax man domestic violence safeguarding expert" decides - yes laced with sarcasm - today I have received a letter..... The DWP want to know about the voluntary work I do - this was statemented to the DWP some time ago for transparency and honesty. Question to DWP - Is my voluntary work, work that is very well documented really more important than my #SAFETY - are you really that incompetent and ignorant that you still do not understand? How much do I really have to disclose to you in order for you to ensure I am #SAFE? I want to know what qualifications and life experiences the "decision making tax man/woman" has - I want to know what qualifies a stranger with no case history to make the decision about MY LIFE and MY safety. AND SO I ADDRESS ALL VICTIMS OF ABUSE BE IT RAPE, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE OR CHILD ABUSE THE DATA PROTECTION ACT WILL NOT PROTECT YOU - IF YOU WERE MARRIED/IN A RELATIONSHIP/FRIENDS WITH YOUR ABUSER THEN THEY WILL KNOW THE STANDARD "SECURITY QUESTIONS" - DO NOT TAKE THE RISK, YOU HAVE TO BE PROACTIVE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY - DEMAND WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY YOURS - PASSWORD PROTECT EVERYTHING!!!! 3 times the Government and Criminal Justice System have made me feel worthless, 3 times they have re-victimised me for wanting to be #SAFE, for wanting MY life back. Trust me I have served my time - I have done more than enough years for abuse, I DO NOT WANT TO BE A VICTIM! 1. Being held in contempt of court & threatened with 14 days in HMP for withholding my #SAFE address 2. The refusal of a Judge to extend my restraining order - 1 anti mol, 2 restraining orders - 8 breaches - the Judge stated "I am not at risk." 3. The refusal to password protect my address and MY personal details - DWP and being informed that I am not worthy of protection. Domestic violence IS serious enough DWP and it is time that this government sorted out it's house and got it in order - VICTIMS ARE HUMAN BEINGS not stats! I know the Government probably didn't want their "secret governing body" outing but sorry Mr PM I have had enough with you and your government playing with MY LIFE AND MY SAFETY. Eve |
